The shakedown has been replaced with helpful tourista police that point you in the right direction when lost. The security checkpoints offer another layer of security that was a welcomed addition to the area. On the other side of this cleanup is expanding tourism, increased property values and just an all around more enjoyable place to live and play!

Take a quick 45 minute ride down towards Ensenada and find a bustling town with a fun downtown area and great shopping. Visit one of the world’s biggest shooting geysers and then spend a day in wine country with guided wine tasting tours and incredible vineyards in one of the world’s up and coming wine growing regions.
